What about the legal side?
RESPA is the federal law that prohibits paying kickbacks for referrals on settlement services — title, mortgage, escrow, inspection. ClosingPack only deals in non-settlement services: post-closing home services like junk removal, painting, cleaning, landscaping, HVAC repair.
