What about RESPA?
RESPA prohibits paying for referrals on settlement services: title, mortgage, escrow, mortgage-required inspection. ClosingPack only deals in non-settlement services, the post-closing home services like junk removal, painting, cleaning, landscaping, and HVAC repair.
