$79 a month. One flat rate. Any category.
Every vendor pays the same flat monthly fee to be on a real estate agent's preferred pack, no matter your trade. 45-day free trial, no card to start. 70% of the fee goes to the agent who recommends you. No fee per booking. Cancel anytime.
One referred customer pays for the year.
$948 a year to be on a pack. Most agents send 5 to 10 referrals to vendors they trust per year. One painting job, one HVAC tune-up, one roof inspection, you're already in the black with money to spare.
- $79/month flat per slot, regardless of category
- 45 days free, no card to start
- 70% to the agent, transparent and fixed
- No fee per booking, no commission on work performed

$79/month flat, not pay-per-lead.

- Real homeowners with real budget at the right moment
The questions vendors ask.
What's the catch with the 45-day free trial?
No catch. No card required to start. You're not charged anything during the trial, and you can decline the slot any time before the trial ends with zero cost. If you want to continue, you set up billing before day 45 and the slot converts to active. If you don't, the slot simply expires and the agent is notified.
Why is the fee flat instead of per-category?
We used to charge per-category pricing ($49 to $199). It created friction in onboarding because vendors anchored on the price before evaluating the value. Flat pricing means one number, one decision: yes or no. If you joined under the old pricing, you keep your original rate for the life of your slot.
How many bookings can I expect?
Honestly, it varies. Strong agents with active homeowner portals send 5 to 10 referrals to each vendor per year. Newer agents may send fewer in year one. The math works as long as one referred customer hires you for an average job, because annual cost is $948 and one job typically pays multiples of that. We don't guarantee a booking volume because we don't control whether homeowners click "request a quote."
Can I be on multiple agents' packs?
Yes. You pay one slot fee per pack you join. Each agent earns 70% of their own slot fee. If you're a strong local vendor, being on 3 to 5 agents' packs in your market is normal and recommended.
How are bookings paid?
You're paid directly by the homeowner for any work performed, just like any direct customer. ClosingPack does not collect or hold service payments. The relationship between vendor and homeowner is yours.
What if a slot doesn't perform?
Cancel anytime. Billing stops at the end of the current period. No fee, no penalty, no contract. We don't believe in trapping vendors who aren't getting value.
How do I know the agent will actually recommend me?
The agent invited you because they want to recommend you. The slot fee creates skin-in-the-game on both sides: you pay to be on the pack, they earn from your placement, and both of you benefit when homeowners book. Agents who don't actively promote their pack lose vendors fast, so the incentives align naturally.
What about RESPA?
Our payment structure is a flat monthly placement fee to be on an agent's pack, not a per-transaction referral fee. Vendors pay the same $79/month regardless of how many bookings happen. This is structurally distinct from a RESPA-prohibited kickback. Read the full disclosure.
Will pricing go up?
Possibly, for new slots. If we adjust the placement fee later, vendors on existing slots keep their original rate. Grandfather rates are spelled out in our Terms of Service.
