How agents use ClosingPack to share their preferred vendors and earn from referrals.

What is ClosingPack?

ClosingPack is a platform where real estate agents share their preferred home-service vendors with new homeowners. Agents pick the vendors they already trust, homeowners get a personalized checklist with those vendors built in, and agents earn a share of every vendor placement fee. No referral kickbacks, no per-deal cuts.

How do agents actually earn money?

Vendors pay a monthly placement fee to appear on an agent's pack. The agent receives 70% of that fee for as long as the vendor is on their pack. Agents do not earn anything per booking, per closing, or per referral - this is a transparent placement model, not a referral kickback.

How do I apply to join?

Click "Apply to join" in the footer, or go to the login page. We approve agents in batches, usually within 1-2 business days. We verify your license and brokerage before activating your account.

Is this RESPA-compliant?

Yes. ClosingPack is structured as a platform-placement fee, not a per-referral kickback. Vendors pay a flat monthly fee to appear on the pack regardless of how many bookings they get. See our full RESPA disclosure for the legal details.

Who picks the vendors on my pack?

You do. ClosingPack does not match vendors to you. You browse vendors in your market and invite the ones you actually trust. Vendors can also apply directly to your pack, but the final say is always yours.

Can I remove a vendor from my pack?

Yes, at any time. Removing a vendor is one click from your dashboard. The vendor is notified and stops appearing on your booking page immediately. You stop earning from that slot, but no other fees or penalties apply.

Can I have multiple vendors in the same category?

Yes. Each category has up to three slots, so you can include multiple cleaners, multiple landscapers, etc. Each is treated as a separate placement and earns separately.

What is the Agent Pro tier?

Agent Pro is a $39/month subscription that unlocks unlimited document uploads to your clients' portals. Free agents can attach a limited number of documents per client. Pro is optional and pays for itself if you regularly share large packets like buyer guides or HOA documents.

For vendors

How vendors get placed on agents' packs and what billing looks like.

How does a vendor get on an agent's pack?

Two paths: an agent invites you directly after seeing your business, or you apply and an agent picks you. Either way, the agent has the final say.

Is there a trial?

Yes. Every new slot starts with a 45-day free trial. You are not charged anything during the trial. You can decline a slot any time before the trial ends with no charge.

How much does a slot cost?

A flat $79 per month per slot, regardless of category. The 45-day trial is free. 70% goes to the agent whose pack you're on, 30% goes to ClosingPack. There is no fee per booking.

What happens when a homeowner books me?

You get an email and a notification in your vendor dashboard with the homeowner's name, contact info, and request. You contact them directly to schedule. ClosingPack does not mediate the actual service - we just put you in touch.

Do I pay anything per booking?

No. Bookings are free. The only charge is your monthly slot fee, regardless of how many bookings you get. The more bookings you receive, the better the placement performs for you.

Can I be on multiple agents' packs?

Yes. Each agent's pack is independent. You pay a separate slot fee for each pack you're on. There is no platform-wide ranking - each agent decides which vendors they trust.

How do I leave a pack?

From your vendor dashboard, find the slot and decline. The agent is notified and you stop being billed immediately. Any homeowners who booked you before you left can still reach you - we don't cancel existing bookings.

Why is LoadUp on every pack?

LoadUp is a platform-sponsored vendor. It's included on every active agent's pack as a starter vendor at $10/month, funded by ClosingPack rather than by LoadUp. LoadUp and ClosingPack share common ownership through Greg Workmon individually. Agents can remove LoadUp at any time. See our RESPA disclosure for the full disclosure.

For homeowners

What homeowners get and how the portal works.

What is the homeowner portal?

A personalized checklist for your new home, organized by urgency. Your agent built it with the local vendors they trust for each task. There is nothing to download, no app, no signup - just open the link from your agent's email.

Is the homeowner portal free?

Yes, completely free for homeowners. Your agent built it for you and it stays free for as long as you own the home. Vendors you book may charge you for their services, but the portal itself never charges.

Who can see what I put in the portal?

Your agent can see your activity at a high level (whether you've opened the portal, which tasks you've completed, whether you uploaded documents). Specific contents like your mortgage balance, insurance carrier, or appliance details are not visible to your agent unless you explicitly share them. Vendors see only the information you provide when you book them.

Do I have to use the vendors on the list?

No. The vendors are your agent's recommendations, not requirements. You can use them, ignore them, or research your own. The checklist itself is the value - knowing what to do and when.

Can I message my agent through the portal?

Yes. The Messages tab in your portal is a private thread between you and your agent. Replies go to their email and to your portal next time you visit.

How do I contact support?

How do you secure my account?

We use magic-link authentication (no passwords for you to manage). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email hello@closingpack.ai and we will permanently delete your account and associated data, except for what we are legally required to retain (payment records, tax documents).

How do I suggest a feature?

Use the chat widget or email hello@closingpack.ai. We read everything and ship the best ideas. The product you see today was largely built from agent and vendor feedback.
